Gluten-free Cupcakes

Whether you suffer from celiac disease or other gluten-intolerance, these easy-to-make gluten-free cupcakes will ensure you do not miss out on one of life's little pleasures.

Just because you have a gluten intolerance doesn't mean you can no longer enjoy a yummy cupcake. I often use these gluten-free cupcake recipes for a family friend who has a gluten intolerance, and my entire family enjoys them as well.

The texture of these cupcakes often more closely resembles a muffin - as it is a little bit denser. I also find that the addition of fruit helps to keep them really moist.

These cupcakes are all suitable to be served as a dessert. A blob of cream or ice-cream and a delicious berry coulis will really "dress them up".
