Gluten Free Apple Cupcakes

Gluten free Apple Cupcakes are easy to make. These gluten-free cupcakes are similar to a muffin in texture.

What is gluten? Gluten is the sticky stuff which helps prevent your baked goodies from crumbling. It also traps pockets of air, improving the texture of your apple cupcakes.

In this recipe gluten has been replaced with xanthum gum, which is readily available from health food stores and Celiac Societies.
