can some one please advice me what cupcake flour is i'm new to baking so i havent got a clue xxxx thanks

Hi Julie

Cake flour is also called self-raising flour in some countries.

If you don't have any cake flour on hand, you can always mix your own. It can be made at home by sifting plain flour (also called all-purpose flour) with baking powder in the proportion of 1 cup flour to 2 teaspoons baking powder.
