Peanut Butter Frosting Recipe
This wonderful peanut butter filling is very rich. This Peanut Butter Frosting Recipe is perfect as a cupcake frosting or as whoopie pie filling.
This frosting recipe is very easy to make. I would recommend teaming it up with chocolate or peanut butter whoopie pies or cupcakes.
It also tastes great served wtih jelly on a vanilla whoopie pie. Spread or pipe the frosting on one of the cakes and spread jelly on the other half and sandwich together. Yum

Ingredients:
- 4oz (115g) softened butter
- 40z (115g) peanut butter
- 5oz (140g) confectioners (icing) sugar
Method:
Beat butter and peanut butter in small bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy.Gradually beat in sifted confectioners sugar and beat until smooth.
If mixture is too stiff, add 1 tblspn milk to make filling easier to spread.
