Cake On a Stick

A Cake on a Stick is the perfect finger food. Like cake balls or cake pops, they are cakes coated entirely in chocolate candy or frosting.

I don't know who dreamed up the idea of putting cakes on sticks but they deserve a medal. Kids love them, adults love them and they are so much fun to decorate and experiment with.

All you need is a little imagination and you will come up with some truly original creations that everyone will be wanting.

I still love round bite-sized cakes as they are so easy to make. However, now that there are tins available in so many shapes and sizes you can be even more creative.

Norpro Nonstick Cake-Sicle Pan with 24 Sticks
