Swimming Pool Cupcakes

Swimming pool cupcakes are easy to make and they look so cute! Although I don't usually use non-edible toppers for my cupcakes, I find that these are an exception to the rule. They are so irresistible.

All you need:

1 quantity of vanilla cupcakes
1 quantity of buttercream frosting, tinted yellow
Blue jelly
Mini plastic babies
Glace frosting
100s and 1000s
Fruit jelly rings
Paper cocktail umbrellas

Follow the recipe for my vanilla cupcakes.

When the cakes are cold, scoop out the middle leaving a cake rim to frost with yellow buttercream frosting

Fill the indent with chopped blue jelly.

Dip the babies heads into glace frosting then into 100s and 1000s to look like a bathing cap.

Color the glace frosting and paint it on the bodies for bathers.

Pop the babies in a fruit ring and set up a cocktail umbrella.
