Swimming Pool Cupcakes
Swimming Pool Cupcakes are easy to make and they look so cute! They are perfect as birthday cupcakes or great to serve at a beach party or pool party.
Although I don't usually use non-edible toppers for my cupcakes, I find that these are an exception to the rule. They are so irresistible.
What you need:
- 1 quantity of vanilla cupcakes
- 1 quantity of buttercream frosting, tinted yellow
- Blue jello
- Mini plastic babies
- Glace frosting
Fill the indent with chopped blue jello.
Dip the babies heads into glace frosting then into 100s and 1000s to look like a bathing cap.
Color the glace frosting and paint it on the bodies for bathers.
Pop the babies in a fruit ring and set up a cocktail umbrella.
