Red Velvet Cupcake

I have some questions regarding your Red Velvet Cupcake Recipe. I find the Instructions rather confusing. To what do I add the Eggs? Do I add them to the Butter and sugar mixture? The next question I have what do I add the dry and liquid ingredients to alternately?? also which liquid ingredients are you referring to?

Would love to get some answers. thanks

Hi Stephen

Thanks very much for your questions about my red velvet cupcake recipe.

You add the eggs to the creamed butter, sugar and vanilla mixture.

With regards to adding the dry and wet ingredients alternately, I would suggest that you add approximately one quarter of the sifted flour cocoa, baking soda and salt, followed by approximately one quarter of the buttermilk and red food coloring. This is then repeated until all the wet and dry ingredients have been incorporated into the creamed butter mixture.

I hope this helps.

Regards
