May I know what spices you use for the banana cupcake?

Thanks for your question. My banana cupcake recipe uses mixed spice. A recipe that has been submitted by one of my readers does not include any spices at all. The flavor comes from the bananas, walnuts and vanilla essence.

I have checked many other recipes and they don't include spices either. I have also seen a couple that contain lemon juice, but I have never used lemon juice in banana cupcakes.

My family loves banana cakes and I have tried many recipes over the years. I find that this banana cupcake recipe is absolutely fool-proof. It is easy to make and the results are always perfect.
