Peanut Butter Icing

My children love chocolate and peanut butter so I often make chocolate cake or cupcakes and frost with peanut butter icing.

This is a very easy recipe to make and the kids keep asking me to make it again ... and again ... and again.

I sometimes make extra if I know that I will need more in a couple of days but I store in the fridge. However, the recipe is so easy, I usually just make when needed.

1 tbspn peanut butter
2/3 cup powdered (icing) sugar
4 tspn water

Put peanut butter, sugar and water in a bowl and stir together until the ingredients are well combined.
