Glace Frosting

This Glace Frosting really is very quick and easy to make. It is a very basic frosting that can be adapted to suit just about any type of cupcake.

You can add either colors, flavors or both to help you achieve the taste and "look" you are after.

Glace icing must be the quickest frosting to make. It hardens slightly on setting and is perfect for when you only want a little frosting to complement a cupcake. It is not really a "feature frosting" like ganache or buttercream.

I love cupcakes topped with this simple cupcake frosting and finished with a cherry. They are cupcakes that always look so simple yet elegant.
