I want to purchase scoop to get even distributed cake batter into cupcake pans. What do you recommend. Also what to you recommend to core the center. Thanks
There are some great products on the market for distributing cupcake batter into trays. It really depends on the consistency of the batter as to which method is the best for you to follow.
For some of my cupcakes I just use a large piping bag and pipe mixture in and for others I use the old-fashioned method of spooning in the mixture.
Most scoops are called cookie scoops but they work well with cupcake mixture. For a runny mixture, I like the Norpro Stainless Steel Scoop
For coring the cupcakes, I prefer the Cuisipro Cupcake Corer and Decorating Set
which is available on Amazon.
