Converting to a cake

Hi, I use your Chocolate Mud cupcake recipe and it is beautiful but I now want to make a 27cm x 7cm square cake out of the recipe. What quantities would I need to use and how long would it need to cook?




Hi Lauren

Thanks for your question. I would use the same quantities and cook the cake for about 55 minutes or until crumbs cling to a skewer inserted into the centre of the cake. (Do not be concerned if the surface cracks a little).

Remove cake from the oven and stand in the pan for 15 minutes before turning onto a wire rack to cool.
