Chocolate Apple Cupcakes

A friend gave me the recipe for Chocolate Apple Cupcakes years ago. It is still a family favorite.

This chocolate cupcake recipe is so easy to make as everything goes in the food processor together. The cupcakes are literally made in seconds.

I always used to think he hardest part of making these cakes was peeling and chopping the apples. But now I still peel the apples but chop into fairly large pieces and let the food processor do the rest.
