  • 1 ½ cup light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tsp flavor of your choice


  • Mix brown sugar, milk and butter in a pan until sugar moistens.
  • Boil it for 3 minutes while stirring continuously.
  • Remove from heat and add the flavour according to your preference.
  • Allow the mixture to cool gradually.
  • Spread on cake or any dessert and enjoy!
