Birdie's Cupcakery is in Portland Oregon. She is just getting started, so does not have a storefront yet, but works out of a commercial kitchen.

She follows the Portland way and uses all natural and most importantly local ingredients. Her flavor combos and decorating make they truly unique.

What I like about her, is there are no rules. She will completely customize them to what you are looking for!
