Banana Pupcakes
Make Banana Pupcakes and use up any leftover over-ripe bananas. Recipe for quick and easy banana pupcakes.
Your dogs will love you and you will be giving them healthy dog treats.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 2 overripe bananas
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp honey
Preparation:
- Heat oven to 180C (350F).
- Mash bananas
- Mix all ingredients together
- Spoon into cupcake tins, lined with cupcake papers
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center come out clean
- When banana pup cakes are cool, frost with cream cheese frosting, if desired
Pupcake frosting
- 180g (6 oz) cream cheese
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- flour
Beat cream cheese, yogurt and honey until smooth.
Add enough flour to thicken until you reach a good spreading consistency.
