Pumpkin Pupcakes
Make Banana Pupcakes and use up any leftover over-ripe bananas. Recipe for quick and easy banana pupcakes.
Your dogs will love you and you will be giving them healthy dog treats.
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 2 overripe bananas
- 1 tspn vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tblspn baking powder
- 1 egg
- 3 tblspn honey
Method
Heat oven to 180C (350F).Mash bananas
Mix all ingredients together.
Spoon into cupcake tins, lined with cupcake papers.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center come out clean.
When banana pup cakes are cool, frost with cream cheese frosting, if desired.
Pupcake frosting
- 180g (6 oz) cream cheese
- 2 tblspns plain yogurt
- 2 tblspns honey
- flour
Add enough flour to thicken until you reach a good spreading consistency.
