Cupcakes Wedding

Hi, can you use a traditional Christmas cake mixture in foil cupcake liners, and if so how long to cook, and how long will they keep (making for a wedding) Many thanks. Love the site !


Hi Cathy

I use a traditional fruit cake mixture for cupcakes. I bake in a slow oven for 45 minutes. Cupcakes should keep in the refrigerator for 12 months. Click here for my recipe.
