The once humble cupcake has become a megastar. Everyone is making them and everyone is eating them.

Even if you bake yourself, it is impossible to walk past a cupcake bakery and not pop in. You can't just "look" - you have to buy. I keep telling myself it is for research - I need to check out flavors and frostings. What is your excuse?
