Chocolate CupcakesEveryone one loves chocolate cake. This is a really easy recipe that mixes everything together in one bowl. Very quick and very tasty!!  185g butter2 tspns vanilla essence 1 3/4 cups castor sugar 3 eggs 2 cups self-raising flour 2/3 cup cocoa 1 cup water 1. Combine butter, essence, sugar, eggs, sifted flour, cocoa and water in a large bowl of electric mixer. 2. Beat on low speed until ingredients are combined. 3. Increase speed to medium and beat for about 3 minutes until mixture is smooth and changed in colour. 4. Spread into patty pans and bake in moderate over for about 18 to 20 minutes.
