About me...

By now, you've read my webpage and you probably want to know a bit about me. Well here is my work-from-home story...

I am a wife and mother of three school-aged children. I have had several jobs working outside of the home over the last few years but they were far from ideal.

The expense of work clothes (I couldn't turn up in jeans and t-shirts), time wasted travelling to and from work and worrying about the children whilst I was working, wasn't always conducive to a happy work environment. It didn't create a happy home environment either, as I was rushed from the moment I got up in the morning until the time I crawled into bed exhausted.

I really believed there was no such thing as the PERFECT job.

I like to have a job, or rather I like to have my own money. I want to buy my husband birthday and Christmas presents without him seeing and paying the credit card bills. I'm sure every stay-at-home-mother can relate to that!

Apart from the financial rewards, I know I am a much happier person when I am busy. I like to keep my mind active and "ticking over". Does my "about me" story sound as if it's been written about you as well?

For years I have followed business leads in the attempt to find something that is "just right" for me. I want a job where I can work from home so that I am there for my children. I have trawled the internet and the newspapers looking for jobs that I can do from home but nothing has jumped out at me ...
