I'm Adina Barnett. I'm originally from Texas, USA, but am currently living in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and lived before that in Guatemala City, Guatemala. I'm married to my brilliant English teacher husband and homeschool my two kids (Natalia, 5, and Elias, 1). Baking is one of my passions ever since I helped my mother bake cakes to sell as a girl, and cupcakes are the perfect activity for an active homeschooling family!
